1. Yves Missi, C, Cle | ||||||||||||||||||||

Last Week: - Missi has been a revelation for the Cavs. Granted it’s a small sample size, but 13.5 rebounds and 2.7 bpg would likely keep Missi in discussions for an all defensive team if not a DPOTY award. |

Averaging 13.9 points, 2.4 rebounds, and 2.8 assists in just over 20 minutes per game, he’s shown a knack for scoring efficiently with a true shooting percentage of 57.9%. His excellent free-throw shooting ranks him #11 in the NSL, reflecting his consistency at the line. With a PER of 25.0, Mitchell is proving to be a valuable contributor off the bench for the 76ers. |

Last Week: 1 Alex Saar has been a standout rookie showcasing exactly why he was so highly regarded pre-draft. Known for his length, defensive instincts, and ability to stretch the floor, Saar has been making an impact on both ends of the court. His versatility as a big man who can protect the rim, switch onto smaller players, and knock down jumpers has been a game-changer. As he continues to refine his offensive game and gain confidence, Saar is quickly proving to be one of the most intriguing young talents in the league. |
5. Zach Edey, C, Mem | ||||||||||||||||||||
![]()
Last Week: 7 I know Rootsey is waiting for Edey to get a boost in 3pt shooting attributes. The big man has flashed a ton of potential that signals a Brook Lopez 2.0 type career. And while he’s been very effective in the NSL, it’s just a matter of waiting it out for 2k to catch up with real life. |
6. Ulrich Chomche, C, Por
![]()
Last Week: 6 Ulrich Comche is averaging 7.1 points and 4.7 rebounds per game for the Portland Trail Blazers, carving out a solid role in his rookie season. Known for his energy and defensive versatility, Comche is living up to the scouting report that praised his rebounding instincts and ability to impact the game without needing the ball in his hands. His hustle on the boards and willingness to do the dirty work have made him a reliable presence in Portland’s frontcourt rotation. As he continues to develop, Comche’s potential as a two-way contributor looks increasingly promising. |

Castle’s ability to contribute as both a scorer and playmaker has made him a valuable asset for the Grizzlies, and his well-rounded game points to a bright future. |
9. KJ Simpson, PG, NO | ||||||||||||||||||||
![]()
Last Week: - KJ Simpson has been a reliable contributor this season, averaging 9.5 points per game. What’s stood out the most is his efficiency from beyond the arc, knocking down 40% of his three-point attempts. His ability to space the floor has added a valuable dimension to the offense, and he’s proving to be a consistent scoring threat when given the opportunity. |
10. Jared McCain, SG, Bos
![]()
Last Week: - At one point, McCain appeared to be a front runner for the ROTY award. Sadly, a season ending injury has dashed that possibility. Fortunately, McCain, health barring, should have a huge impact on future seasons. While he may miss a rookie trophy, there’s plenty of potential all NBA awards calling if he somehow improves upon the small sample size from this season. |
