Karl-Anthony Towns

PER 32.11

Eastern
2-3
Karl-Anthony Towns powered his way to Eastern Conference Player of the Week by dominating every inch of the floor, averaging a relentless 29.8 points, 12.6 rebounds, and hitting at an ultra-clean 69% TS. He was the heartbeat of Toronto’s attack all week, punishing switches inside, stretching defenses out to the arc, and controlling the glass like a true franchise anchor. Every game felt like a clinic in efficient scoring and interior force, making this one of Towns’ most complete stretches of the season. KAT knocked down 31 points, 4 assists, 15 rebounds, 2 steals and 2 blocks per game - he has been huge!

Devin Booker absolutely exploded this week, torching defenses with an outrageous 40 points per game while playing nearly 40 minutes a night. His scoring came in every form - pull-ups, drives, deep threes, transition daggers, and he buoyed Washington’s entire offense with elite shot creation and a steady 5 assists per outing. Booker’s blend of volume, efficiency, and clutch buckets made him an undeniable pick for Eastern POTW. No Lebron has hurt the Wizards, so Booker gave them much to cheer for, with 47 points, 6 assists and 3 boards per game. An elite provision from Booker!

Zach LaVine delivered a monster week for Brooklyn, erupting for 40 points per game while playing over 40 minutes a night. His athletic bursts, hot shooting, and relentless downhill pressure made him practically unguardable. With a scorching 36.0% usage and still maintaining strong efficiency, LaVine showed superstar-level shot-making, helping lift the Nets’ offense. Sadly for the Nets, the week was rather lackluster, continuing woes from the absence of Young, Anunoby and Lively. Week 3, he managed 40 points, 5 rebounds, 5 assists, and a block per game. Lavine has been the shining light for the Nets!

The Bucks have loved every effort from the big man in Week 3. He tallied 23 points, 12 boards, 4 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks per game - sensational stats that add 18.5 whilst on court (+/-).

Shai Gilgeous-Alexander was pure brilliance for Milwaukee, carving up opponents with smooth, patient control and a lethal scoring touch. He posted 33 points, 6 assists, and his usual slippery efficiency at 67.5% TS was on full display, all while commanding a hefty 33.8% usage. Whether he was slicing to the rim or burying mid-range daggers, SGA dictated every game’s rhythm and kept the Bucks humming on both ends. Week 3 was much the same as SGA knocked down 36 points, and added 7 assists, 5 boards, and a steal per game. Staggering stats - if it weren't enough, he added 25.5 +/-. Monumental from the Bucks franchise star!

Kawhi Leonard put on a masterclass this week, powering the Lakers with 36 points, 7 rebounds, and 5 assists per game while playing huge minutes. His two-way dominance was unmistakable—bulldozing smaller guards, stifling opposing wings, and knocking down shots with cold, mechanical precision. Kawhi had total command of every matchup and looked unstoppable in his quest to keep LA rolling. The recently maligned Leonard kept his input high and added 36 points, 7 rebounds, 6 assists, 2 steals and 2 blocks. Though the Lakers would be left needing more in Week 3.

His rim protection, foul pressure, and overpowering post play completely controlled the paint, giving the Jazz a massive interior advantage. His first week back was huge, Embiid’s impact was undeniable and worthy of Western POTW recognition. The Jazz have missed his impact and intensity - turning them from good to great in a single week.
