In a decent contest, Boston got up for the win scoring 121 points compared to Washington who finished on 112 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Boston managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with Washington left wanting. The rebounding was incredibly even between the 2 teams, both managing to pull down 45 rebounds. J. Tatum was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 56 points while in the process ripping down 6 rebounds and handing out 3 assists. Look for Washington to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
