NSL Insider - NSL STOCK MARKET: BUY, SELL, HOLDby jmac, updated on Friday, February 09 2024, 12:52 am EST As
we approach the halfway mark of the 2023-24 NSL season, which teams are
looking likely to climb, and add value to their campaign? Inversely,
which teams appear to be losing momentum and sliding down the standings?
And then, which teams are just plodding along in their state of roster
security bliss, doing what they usually do. Why?
The seasons of finishing top of the league are now am impossibility,
with the consecutive downgrade trades ushering in a new era in Portland
with lesser expectations on wins and titles. LeBron is the Sun the held
the solar system together and now he lives in DC. The team is really
young and the aside from PG, the best performer are the picks. For all
who decide on holding the stock, I hope you sold a few weeks ago if you
wanted a profit, and you would have received a lot of cash. However,
this is a Blue Chip stock, and if youve got the patience, it might not
be a bad investment to check back in in a few years and see where the
stocks at. Why?
If you thought of selling high on the back of the win streak, I would
reconsider you to hold. This has the makings of a future Blue Chip stock
young, great players, secure contracts and financial flexibility. It
might be risky to buy at this price and it might be risky to sell
(although youd make a great profit); If I have OKC stock, I am holding
onto it for as long as Anthony Edwards wears the jersey. Why?
New York has been a confusing team as of late, but have invested in the
most talented core they have probably possessed in the NSL. Leonard,
Lillard and Porzingis can take it up to any other team, all thats left
if to surround them with the right role players and fine tune the
chemistry. Because of their bad start, their record isnt a true
reflection of the current team. Add to this that Smokey is one of the
greats, this screams value to me and its not about whether to buy, its
about how much. Why?
The future is bright, we love our rookies and young players, all that
warm and wholesome PR stuff. The Pacers are going to be fine, always,
and they can thank the lucky lottery roll for that and Victor
Wembenyama, who is genuinely going to be a mega star. However, I see
them struggling this season. They conceded, traded Harden away cheaply
and this was on the back of some big wins. The stock was rising
steadily, and I think if you want to make some money, you gotta get off
the Pacers now and check back in three years time. Why?
Has the Denver era ended before it ever really started? Sure, we have
all the individual Stephen Curry accolades, and the MVP runs, but have
they made it out of the second round? Klays days of being that guy
appear to be behind him, and Denver resides in the financial hell above
the second apron. Die-hard Nuggets fans, do you think you have seen the
best of this team? Is it time to shake up and get some other stocks? Low
ceiling, low floor might be the best way to describe the team,
currently. Depends how badly you need some liquid assets |
