In a decent contest, Portland got up for the win scoring 98 points compared to Charlotte who finished on 93 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Portland managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with Charlotte left wanting. In the battle of the boards, Charlotte got up, pulling down 46 rebounds, compared to Portland with 41 rebounds. B. Beal was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 37 points while in the process ripping down 6 rebounds and handing out 3 assists. Look for Charlotte to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
