In a decent contest, Memphis got up for the win scoring 105 points compared to New Orleans who finished on 100 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Memphis managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with New Orleans left wanting. In the battle of the boards, Memphis got up, pulling down 52 rebounds, compared to New Orleans with 41 rebounds. J. Brown was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 46 points while in the process ripping down 9 rebounds and handing out 6 assists. Look for New Orleans to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
