In a decent contest, Denver got up for the win scoring 111 points compared to New York who finished on 101 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Denver managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with New York left wanting. In the battle of the boards, Denver got up, pulling down 41 rebounds, compared to New York with 39 rebounds. D. Mitchell was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 48 points while in the process ripping down 5 rebounds and handing out 5 assists. Look for New York to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
