In a decent contest, New Orleans got up for the win scoring 118 points compared to Los Angeles who finished on 108 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, New Orleans managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with Los Angeles left wanting. In the battle of the boards, New Orleans got up, pulling down 42 rebounds, compared to Los Angeles with 40 rebounds. R. Gobert was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 15 points while in the process ripping down 16 rebounds and handing out 1 assists. Look for Los Angeles to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
