In a decent contest, Cleveland got up for the win scoring 106 points compared to New York who finished on 96 points. The game was still within reach for both teams, Cleveland managed to make the right plays down the stretch, with New York left wanting. In the battle of the boards, New York got up, pulling down 49 rebounds, compared to Cleveland with 43 rebounds. J. Randle was awesome today, and deserved the Player of the game, scoring a handy 24 points while in the process ripping down 7 rebounds and handing out 7 assists. Look for New York to regroup after this one and bring a little bit extra in their next contest.
