Not sure how Jmac gets the most likely better first back here in the deal. Portland has done it again somehow, rich getting richer

Please take this analysis in the spirit of the game, not attacking just breaking it down as I see it. (A bit of fun): Its always interesting to see 1st rounder swaps included in deals like this. Clearly Daz predicts a drop off from Luka in the next few years or perhaps CP3 to not be replaced in Charlotte or to continue improving his team past the consistently well managed Hornets. My guess would put Charlotte and Milwaukee within 5 draft positions of each other in 2025, so the benefit would be negligible for Daz to send his own pick out. So then it becomes two late 2027 2nd rounders for what's left of Nerlens. He has an iffy position in Detroit, but he is still 2k Nerlens for this year at least, which is a defensive beast. Daz just sent out a 1st for an expiring Tony Bradley and Malachi Flynn who he wants to flip for a 2nd? Now Bradley is a better rebounder in 2k today, but a worse defender (save his blocks rating). Even if we said a Bradley for Nerlens player for player match is a push (personally I'd favour Nerlens) then wouldn't Daz expect a 1st back without giving away the future safety net of his own pick? This will be a fun deal to look back on in 2025.

Jmac probably gets the better 1st rounder and the player for a Portland 2nd and Minny second in 2027. My god.
