But you coukd have signed him and released someone. Pelle was on Cleveland the week before for the same reasons. | ||

I will be missing a key frontcourt player next week so that kind of made the choice for me. I also understand Jesse's frustration though. COVID and the replacement player merry-go-round has pretty much made swiss cheese of who to waive, sign or stash. Getting a test run at a player that might be useful and then watching him get snatched up by another team would have me kicking chairs also. (which I have done a few times already this season) I am under the assumption that there will be some tweaking of the 10-day system in the off-season for the NBA and NSL as it was never designed to deal with a pandemic-related scenario. | ||

But if we are following the NBA, why not postpone games when teams like raps and cavs only had 5 players. If thats not the case, then the guys i get given to field an 8 man team, then get signed off to other teams during the week. Surely at the very least i can keep the same pathetic guys i have to use to field a pathetic team to at least try and build some chemistry ? Madness | ||
